Responsibilities

Develops and executes successful marketing plans and programs, both short and long term to support organizational sales revenue objectives

Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost

Measures and analyzes results of marketing plans and advertising campaigns to ensure desired results are achieved in a cost-effective manner

Plans and oversees marketing strategies, including E-mail Marketing Campaigns, lead generation, copyediting, web content composition, writing, proofreading

Creates inspirational marketing content in a variety of formats that reflect a good working knowledge of current events in the Catholic Church and world

Handles content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets

Collaborates with design and editorial teams to produce high quality content consistent with the company brand voice, style and tone

Ensures integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand

Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, digital communication or equivalent, with three years of marketing experience and or training. Prior experience with SEO and web traffic metrics. Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience. Experience with WordPress, Google analytics and the top social channels.
