Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of RCL Benziger products within your territory
• Apply a thorough knowledge of RCL Benziger products, the religious education industry, and market conditions to develop effective business plans and drive market share growth
• Maintain strategic and influential customers to foster long-term relationships and product loyalty
• Deliver presentations, proposals, in-services, and professional development opportunities to build product portfolio awareness with each customer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and sales experience
• Self-motivated and disciplined to effectively manage accounts and territory
• Positive, “can do” attitude
• Able to identify and implement an action plan to drive growth in territory
• Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and rapport-building skills
• Passionate and competitive with strong organizational and presentation skills
• 40%-50% travel required during academic year
• Basic knowledge of the Catholic religion
• Valid Driver’s License
